1. Returns

We at Sanatan.in are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our religious products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Sanatan.in doesn’t have any return policy on products i.e. once purchased, customer cannot return the items
  • There is a special case if there are manufacturing defects or unavoidable issues, then only the returns can be initiated and will be confirmed post approval from the team.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@sanatan.in or whatsapp us at +91-7905769586 with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund amount will be the cost of the item paid by you during checkout.
  • Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed and it will reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [X] days of receiving the product.
  • We may request you to provide images or other evidence of the damage/defect.
  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
