God is the principle of birth and death of beings and the fruit of action. We know from the Vedas that these three substances in the world God, Jiva and Prakriti are eternal and eternal. The soul is less knowledgeable, one-native, subtle, less powerful, virtuous in birth and death, free to perform actions and free to enjoy its fruits.
According to the Vedas, the Purusha within a person is God. God is one. There is a profound difference in the concept of God in the Vedic and Western schools of thought that according to the Vedas, God is both within and beyond, whereas according to Western religions God is only beyond. God is the sagun form of Parabrahman.
